    Booking & Requirements To be considered for a session you must:

    1. Complete a confidential pre-scene negotiation form at www.sxysadist.com (see “Book Your Session” in the menu).
    2. Once your application is approved we can schedule an appointment with 3 days advance notice. I do not accept same-day or walk-in appointments. No exceptions.
    3. To hold an appt I require one-third deposit. Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and Amazon gift card to my email.

    Etiquette & Safety
