  My private, cozy, well equipped studio and dungeon is located in a private house in Kitsilano in Vancouver, with plenty of street parking and a discreet entrance. Appointments are currently available from noon until eleven in the evening, Monday to Friday and on Saturday, too - given ample notice and a little buttering up.
