Steve Joyner ( C.O.R.E )
Steve Joyner has over 32 years of piercing experience and has been an active member of the Association of Professional Piercers (APP) for 24 years. He is a former Vice President (1999-2001) and Legislation/Regulatory Affairs Director (2010-2017) of the APP.
Steve is an international instructor, specializing in Aftercare, Aseptic Techniques, Freehand Techniques, Legislation/Regulations, Studio Set-up, Sterilization, and Body Suspension. He has assisted 35 states and 9 countries in regulating Body Art and the art of public suspensions.
