sb: Mistress Ingrid, thank You VERY much for giving me this exclusive interview. Please tell us a little about Your background. Where are You originally from?

MI: Well bruce, although I'm known as: "The Nordic Goddess", Mistress Ingrid, I was actually born and raised in the suburbs of New York. In My family, I am the first generation born in the U.S., the title just refers to My heritage.

sb: Oh wow, that really surprises me! How Were You introduced to The Scene?

MI: When I was in My late teens a boyfriend casually mentioned I'd make a good Dominatrix. Being young, I didn't exactly know what that meant but it was enough to pique My interest. Later on in My early 20's I befriended a college professor (not My teacher though) and I began to really explore D/s with him. He purchased My first piece of S/M gear, a crop, and we played both at home and in the clubs.

sb: Very cool! Where did You start Professionally?

MI: At the Dungeons of Mistress Elizabeth (NYC). One day I was glancing through some want ads looking for a p/t job to supplement My income and saw an ad for a Dominatrix, up until that point I was strictly playing for fun and was unaware that some Women did this professionally.

sb: This might seem like a dumb question because You look so forceful and authoritative to me, but were You ever submissive?

MI: NO!!!!! Even when I was a child, I exhibited some subtler signs of being a dominant.

sb: i didn't think so! i have to stop asking that stupid question.:) How old were You when You started Professionally?

MI: 27 years old.

sb: Did You train under someone?

MI: Not formally but I did get some pointers from Diana Balance. At that time we worked together at the same dungeon.

sb: Yes Mistress Balance is a great Mistress. What is Your favorite type of scene?

MI: I hate to sound vague bruce....but it really depends on My frame of mind and who I'm doing a scene with. I really like diversity. That is why I always inquire what a sub is into and if it sounds good then we have ourselves a session. I really get into any type of corporal and foot worship but sometimes I might prefer other things even more. It depends on the sub I'm with and the vibes I get.

sb: Please tell me the most intense scene You ever did?

MI: That would have to be a very long & bloody caning I did with a "real" masochist (doesn't appear to be to many of those guys on the scene these days).

sb: i have to agree with You Mistress. Can You tell me the most humiliating thing You ever did to a slave?

MI: I had the slave get down on his hands & knees in public (busy area of NYC's east side) and worship My shoes in front of a restaurant (during the prime dinner hour).

sb: Fantastic! So You do get into public humiliation then?

MI: (big smile) Certainly!

sb: How about crossdressers? Do You enjoy these type of scenes?

MI: Once in a while, though I really do prefer to be the sole Domina in session. Usually with several days notice I can arrange for another Domme to do a double session.

MI: With advance notice this can be arranged.

sb: What kind of slaves do You like the most and least?

MI: Hmmm...the most, those who are 'sincere' submissives, believe in Female Supremacy and show it with their actions, not just words. The least those who are a smart ass, and try to constantly challenge the authority/dominance of a Mistress.....it's tiresome (like a pesky fly, and you know what happens to pesky flies).

sb: i certainly do Mistress. What is Your favorite type of clothing?

MI: LEATHER!!!! Love the look, feel, smell of it, also it's the most comfortable of all fetish wear. I do own a few pieces of PVC & Latex that I put on once in a while.

sb: What is the greatest thrill You get from Domination?

MI: Control! There are all kinds of S/M activities I like but having control over a sub is most thrilling. Guess you could say I'm a control freak (LOL) .

sb: Do you session with novices?

MI: Yes,if they appear to be sincere and not just doing it as a goof. A session is usually more enjoyable with a seasoned sub, but a novice can be fun too (ya know, the virgin factor). Novices have got to start with some Domme and why not have Me as the one they will fondly always remember as their first.

sb:Could You share one or two of your other interests?

MI: My "hobby du jour" is dog (the real kind, LOL) training. I have 2 dogs, one of them is a pedigree pooch that I hope to enter in the show ring one day. BTW go see "Best in Show" a very funny movie! I also enjoy cooking & baking (guess watching FoodTV on cable has influenced Me), of course I enjoy this more when I know one of My subs will be around to clean the pots and pans (LOL). I have a few other interests but most of them revolve around summer weather.

sb: Do You have any videos for sale?

sb: Wow! Sounds very mysterious! And what is the harshest scene that You ever witnessed but did not participate in?

MI: Harshest, hmmm, let Me think. Well I guess "harsh" is a matter of opinion and anything that I've witnessed in person hasn't shocked Me, but a film I once saw was pretty intense. It was called "SICK" and it was the documentary of Bob Flanagan a super masochist. There was a scene where his penis gets nailed to a piece of wood.

sb: i heard about that film and also heard it was very disturbing!

sb: Do You also work with Women and couples?

MI: I'm not too keen on it but approached in the right way I might consider. As for women the problem lies here....as a Female Supremacist I have a hard time accepting a Woman wanting to be submissive. I'm getting better about this (female subs) since logically I know it's their choice. As for couples, well I prefer a 1on1 session but it depends on the scenario (i.e. Woman wants to watch Me dominate husband, etc.).

sb: i certainly understand Your feelings Mistress. Could You describe what would be the 'perfect scene' for You if the slave gave You complete authority to do whatever You wished?

MI: This question is hard to answer bruce because a 'perfect scene' to Me isn't necessarily a scene I would or could (legally) do in session. Since you are trying to get in My head and see what make this Domme tick, I'll give you My perfect scene in a world sans any legal/moral complications.

Here it goes......... (a whole day scene) ...... I'd have several slaves present who were longing to become My life long property and they would have to pass several hurdles to reach this level. They would have to bear pain (intense flogging & caning, some CBT), be able to serve (cleaning,chauffeur,etc..) and entertain Me (kinky as I am, I like to watch men suck off each other 'as per My command' and while I fist them), as well as give pleasure (foot & oral servitude) to Me.

At the end of the day (and competition) the remaining slave(s) that passed in every area would then have to submit to branding. So that's My 'perfect scene', I wonder if I'll ever find the 'perfect slave' (LOL)?

sb: Oh wow! That is some scenario Mistress! But i bet You could find hundreds of slaves who would like to try. :)

sb: If someone gave You 10 million dollars, what would You do with it?

MI: Pay off debts, buy a home(s), travel. Also invest in several businesses and hire only slaves to work in My companies ( P/T, after all they still need to keep their main paying job), I would keep their salary which I would donate (along with some of the 10 mil) to charities of My choice.

sb: What is the one thing in the world that really pisses You off?

MI: Encountering an unreliable individual. I just hate when people don't follow through on commitments they make.
